GrowVix Tech Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you can exercise.
This processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process and its origin
We process only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp:
- Identifying data: first name and surname.
- Contact data: email address and, where provided, telephone number.
- Professional data: company and service of interest.
- The content of the message you choose to send us.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and send you a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To manage the contractual relationship if you engage our services. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To analyse website usage through analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention periods
We keep data from commercial enquiries for as long as necessary to deal with them and, afterwards, for one year, unless a contractual relationship exists.
Data linked to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the contract and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address liabilities (generally six years under the Spanish Commercial Code and four years for tax purposes).
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
We do use suppliers acting as data processors — web hosting, email and management tools — with whom we maintain the contracts required by article 28 GDPR.

6. Your rights

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the risks of the processing.
